After spending six and a half years living abroad in Bangkok, Thailand, as a graphic designer, he began to explore the question, “What kind of expression should I create as a Japanese person living in Thailand?”

This perspective led him to discover the unique appeal of viewing Japan through the eyes of visiting foreigners. Now, while continuing to make Thai curry daily at his diner Yangao, he also works as a designer and DJ.
