Please note that all sales are final sales and non-refundable without exceptions. Once a product has left the store, we cannot accept it back and give a refund.

Lost or Damaged Items
Nakamuraya accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the services we provide. We do not take responsibility for lost packages once we have shipped your order to the specified address. Any issues regarding lost packages or damage incurred during shipping must be addressed directly with the shipping company. Nakamuraya will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed.

 

Returned to Sender and Unclaimed Packages
If an order is returned marked as “Return to Sender,” “Unclaimed,” or “Refused,” a postage fee will be charged for re-shipping. If the customer chooses not to proceed, Nakamuraya may offer store credit or exchange for the order value, minus the original shipping and handling fees.

If we cannot reach the customer, we reserve the right to restock the items and issue store credit for the order value, deducting shipping costs. 
Nakamuraya is not liable for the retrieval of returned, refused, or unclaimed packages.
