The two-layer construction combines a lightweight outer fabric with a waterproof, windproof, and breathable membrane. The outer fabric is treated with DWR (durable water repellent), repelling rain and snow while maintaining breathability.

The fabric is stronger than typical materials, making it suitable for regular washing in a home washing machine, and it can also be tumble-dried on a low setting.
While there’s no specific detergent required, be sure to rinse thoroughly to avoid detergent residue between the fabric and the polyurethane film, which can reduce water resistance.
To restore water repellency, it is recommended to either tumble dry on a low setting or use a low-temperature iron with a pressing cloth. The surface fibers will stand up again, restoring water repellency.
